week 6

This term we are going to plant the apple tree that the garden festival gave us and finish of the planting all the cuttings. last term we successfully planted lots of cuttings into the root trainers.Written by Brooke

This week we have been getting cuttings and putting them in the root trainers. Written by James

This week we have been putting potting mix in the root trainers ready to put the seedlings in and thats what we will be doing next week. We also got the apple tree from keep Feilding beautiful that we won at the Feilding garden festival.Written by brooke  

this term

every day we have to pull out the weeds in the plants/gardens and pick cuttings and put them in the root trainers

Our reflections

In the past we have acheived rebuilding the shade house and growing unit.

Also  we have made an effort to plant on a local wetland 

We think the next group will need to maintain the project and to keep looking after the wetland and watching on the progress.

Term 4 Planning

Our goals:

• Gravel native area paths
• Take cuttings ... Dylan to ask his mum if she can help. (Hebes?)

Need:

• Mix to plant cuttings into 
• Pots

Marmalade at market / for locals

• Johhny to ask June to help
